Come Just as You Are

So back in October I became part of a bible study on thursday mornings... It had been a LONG while since I was part of a study.. I have never been part of a "small group" within a study.. and it actually was a big turn off.. I HATE SMALL GROUPS!!! anyways.. went with it... and well now.. I don't know if I would ever do another small group again cause this group will be HARD TO BEAT! Tonight we had a little gathering as our group will be leading the Passover Meal to our bible study and as we prepared for it we AS ALWAYS had discussions from point A to Z to Q to U and back to A and all the way down to Z again.. just how we roll.. And as everyone left and after every thursday when we meet I am so refreshed cause these chicks I think in every sense of the word "just come as they are" with it all on the table.. and the cool thing is everyone just jives..... ok we know that "NS" is probably going to come up in gathering EVERYTIME... Through the tears and the laughter and all the talk everyone just IS.. and you don't get that very often these days!

Today was cool

So today was cool.. nothing major cool happen.. but it was just a blessing to me. I had bible study this morning and sometimes it just is refreshing to be in a group of girls that everyone is just "real" with! I am SO thankful for each one in our group and for who they are.. and I think have shown me the true meaning of "come just as you are" it is REFRESHING! LOVE IT!

Then tonight as I was making dinner and i was going through a soap box. I had my arms crossed talking to Jon about something... and he had his armed crossed.. then we looked over to Lola and she had her arms crossed listening intently to our conversation.. anyways.. the camera was close so I snapped a shot! :)

TUBE-ular DAY!

SO my last two got their tubes either fixed or put in today!!! So by the time the 4th kid comes the Hospital becomes a photo-op!!! LOL! Anyways.. they did look cute.. so I snapped a couple pics!! :) Everything went great and they are back to their normal self... ALthough on the way home we had some fun times with PROJECTILE VOMMITING! Which I myself was completely grossed out in and had my own little gag session while cleaning it up!!!! (yes I know you all wanted me to include that detail!)

Family Day in Eugene

Hey there..
So today was super fun! :) We all headed to Eugene this morning to check out houses and churches.. We went to a church called Eugene Baptist Church. It was a great Church, Kids had a great time. It would be AWESOME to find a church quickly.. we have been at our current church for a year and a half and it took us 3 years to find that! :)
So anyways. It was fun just hanging out. Jon has been off this week since Thursday. So it was nice.

We go in tomorrow morning to get Zeke and Lola's tubes... Making the score an even 4 for 4!

Jon got a new job and they would like us to live locally... so we will be re-locating to Eugene, Oregon! I think I am kinda looking forward to this move. a change of pace might be nice.. Of course... I will def.. miss my peeps!!! Abbie and Caid want to move tomorrow.. guess the moving gene runs deep! Anyways... so that is the big news we have going on!

Here are some of the day to day stuffy stuff! :)
I was doing my tax stuff getting the offer papers on our house all together and getting the kids lunch all at the same time.. and I kinda laughed as I stepped back and looked at the counter.... here's a pic! Had all my papers along the sink.. and on top of the box of corn dogs.. kinda just giggled! (yes yes my peeps.. this is how I stay so organized and put together)




For Christmas we got abbie that Caterpillar to Butterfly kit, you know the kind you order thru the mail and they send you the caterpillars. Anyways, we sent for them right after Christmas. And this week I finally through the box of stuff away cause I guess I just thought it got lost in the mail. So what happens... THE DANG CATERPILLARS show up yesterday!! So anyways... "how excited are we!" No, it will be fun! So anyways. Here is a pic of the VERY beginning of our Caterpillar to Butterfly experiment!

ME!!!!!

OH MY GOSH.. WHAT A DAY!!!

Last week I took Abbie to the dentist for the first time in about 4 years!!! YES 4 Years.. (STRIKE 1) and she had 5 YES 5!!! Cavities!!!! (STRIKE 2) Today I took Caid to the dentist.. He is now 4 and it is the first time he has been!!! (STRIKE 3) and he has to get a freakin root canal!!! (GAME OVER!!!!!! ) I totally felt soooooooooo bad!!! who are these kid's parents anyways!!! Well the dentist... did try to comfort me by saying Caid's teeth are delicate and sometimes these things are just genetic!!! YUCK! anyways.. So we are thankful for insurance!!! FOR SURE!!!! First time we have had dental insurance.. hence the 4 years between going to the dentist!!! and Caid first time EVER!! Anyways.. I suck!

And while we are on a roll.. Zeke and Lola go in to get Zeke's tube removed cause his ear has been bleeding for about 3 months, and there is just tons of gunk in his ear they need to clean out and take the disfunctional tube out. And Lola well she just would not be my kid if she went through life without ear tubes.. Abbie is on her 6th set. Caid and Zeke both have one set!!! So this completes our circle of life!!! :) So we go in on the Monday to get Zeke and Lola's done at once..

Then tonight.. come home and Zeke and Lola decided to paint my carpet with red juice!!!

Well i am SO SO excited that my NEW pair of shoes FINALLY came today! I know.. not many may get excited about these kinds of thing.. BUT I DO!! SO here is a pick I took and of course photo shopped.. that is how excited I was to get them!



I think of these shoes as my ruby slippers... click them together... you know the rest.. Anyways.. I LOVE THEM! and LOVE my husband for getting them for me.....!!!

STAR WARS:
Today it was like the heavens opened and I could see clearly. Mind you as airheaded as my next statement may be I truely and honestly had NO idea!!
Today we had PJ and Star Wars day.. I was way tired out so we took a day of R & R!
So as we are watching Empire Strikes Back.. It dawned on me! ANNIKAN SKYWALKER IS DARTH VADER!!! WHOA!!! I never knew that.. Make fun of me but I felt like I totally unlocked the worlds problems and mysteries dating back to the 1600's!
Anyways. It was fun!

"Step by Step.. OHHH baby"

Just got inspired by the good old memories of NKOTB!!! For those of you who are in lala land.. (NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK) from their song.. "Step by Step" For those of you who know.. you know!! for those of you who don't...one word! Google!

Anyhow. thought I would just update on stuff and things. Things are moving along.. same old same old.. nothing new and nothing old! Still taking one day at a time and trying to remember to breath as I go along. But God is good and has been providing and doing awesome things... So I can't discount that for sure!

Anyhow we went to the ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) doctor today.. Zeke's ear has been bloddy for almost 3 months straight.. So I figured I should go get it checked out... (Ok for those of you thinking I should get the WORST MOM OF THE YEAR AWARD...) ALL of my kiddies are Chronic ear infected children! Abbie is on her 5th set, Caid and Zeke both have them and my precious meek gentle little Lolie will be going in to get her's placed in.. "THE EAR gene runs deep!" So we went today and he went down the list of everything.. and we have already done it all atleast twice.. Which is what I told him.. and I also told him. He was our last stop! We have been there and already done that!
So Zeke is going under the knife as well again! This time to remove the left tube out of his ear. Obviously the tube is not doing it's job and needs to be adjusted or completely removed. And Lola has had fluid in her ears since birth.. it was just a matter of timing when to get it done. So here we are.. a NOT so new thing! I totally could get my degree and be a ENT! I am a professional! But that would mean I would have to put my rapping career on hold! (oh decisions decisions)

So also as some of you know.. the house is on the market.. and just waiting on God to decided when and where we are going next. I must admit not really knowing where we are going is a little weird, but knowing I know who hold the future if golden!

I am in a bible study I attend Monday's and one of the things she said last week was. "God is just as deliberate when He doesn't reveal His will as when He does."
So been clinging to that.

Abbie just was awarded the friendship award at school this last week. She was very excited about that! Caid has just entered into "quiet time" AKA no more naps! Which he actually thinks is really cool! He feels like the big kid now!
